Tahini bread


  • 7 eggs
  • 8 cups of Al Arz tahini paste
  • 2 cups of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking power
  • 2 cups of Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp sesame
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds


Heat your oven at 350, prepare pan for English cake. All the ingredients except the seeds you are going to mix in the blender to even paste. Mix all seeds together and put aside 3 tbsp for later. Add all the seeds except 3 tbsp  and mix everything to nice even texture.

Prepare your pan with a little amount of the Olive oil. Pour the paste to the pan and sprinkle the 3 tbsp of seeds on top even amount.

Cut 2 lines in the middle of the loaf, if will rise nicely.

Bake 25 to 30 min or until ready.
