Spinach salad with tahini sauce


Fresh spinach leafs

2 sweet potatoes, cut into cubes

1 red onions, chop fine long slices

Al Arz Tahini Sauce:

3 spoons of tahini

1 glass of cold water

Juice from half a lemon

Salt and pepper


  1. Put sweet potatoes on a baking pan and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Bake in a hot oven (220C) until sweet potatoes are cooked
  3. Once sweet potatoes are ready let cool down
  4. In a big bowl, mix fresh spinach, red onions and the sweet potatoes
  5. Add tahini sauce and mix thoroughly
