INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh Spinach leaves
1 celery stalks
4 tablespoons Al Arz Tahini
1/2 green apple- cored and sliced 1 spoon fresh ginger

3-4 mint leaves 1/2 lemon juice 5-6 ice cubes
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon chia

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a blender and Pulse until smooth
