Basic tahini dip                                                                                  

Ingredients:
1 cup Al Arz tahini paste
1 cup water
Juice from half a lemon
Pinch of salt
Chopped parsley

 

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Eat with pita bread or with freshly chopped vegetables as salad dressing. Keep refrigerated up to 3-4 days.
